Return Policy
Timeline: You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your products. We kindly request that you contact us and begin the return process within this timeframe.

Return Conditions
Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags, including ribbon tags, intact. Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refund processing: After we have reviewed the product and confirmed that it meets the required conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 working days while a small one-way courier charge from your location to our location plus COD charges will be deducted from the amount.
Exchange Policy
Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the product delivery.
Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are free of charge. We'll gladly assist you in getting the right fit for your item.
Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please note the following:
The customer is responsible for a minimal one-way courier fee.
The new product's price should be equal to or higher than the original product.
If the new product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
Product Condition: All products being exchanged must be in their original condition with all tags, ribbon, and packaging intact.
